Nick Schlekeway

Nick Schlekeway is the Founder and CEO of Amherst Madison, Idaho’s #1 luxury brokerage and one of the fastest-growing independent real estate firms in the nation. Since 2013, Amherst Madison has closed over $6 billion in sales, ranking in the top 1% of brokerages nationwide (REAL Trends) and earning a spot on the Inc. 500 list for five consecutive years.

A former firefighter for the Boise Fire Department, Nick’s leadership is built on service, integrity, and excellence. A standout scholar-athlete at Boise State University, he was an All-Conference football player, Fiesta Bowl champion, and Academic All-American. He later earned a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University, graduating summa cum laude while scaling Amherst Madison into a top-tier brokerage.

Beyond real estate, Nick is the Founder of Telos Creative, an Inman News contributor, speaker, and educator. He launched Essential Agent University to provide real estate professionals with the tools and training to succeed and is currently writing a book on business and leadership.

Committed to giving back, Nick founded A Giving Circle, INC, a nonprofit that has raised over $600,000 for local charities, and previously served on the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Idaho. As a husband and father, he is dedicated to building businesses, communities, and lasting impacts.
